The following instructions will walk you through how to unsubscribe from Hallow emails and text messages. Changes to your communication preferences may take up to 48h to be reflected in the system.

Option 1: If you'd like to stop receiving emails from Hallow, you can simply click on "You can unsubscribe from these emails or manage preferences here." at the bottom of the e-mail you recently received from Hallow.

Option 2: If you are having trouble unsubscribing using the e-mail you recently got, please follow this link by adding your email to the end of this URL:

You should then see the option to manage your email subscription preferences by unchecking the communications you no longer wish to receive.

To unsubscribe from SMS notifications, please reply with "stop" to the last message you received. This will immediately remove you from our SMS notification list, ensuring that you no longer receive these messages.
