If you get the error message "Unable to refresh. The token provided has either expired or does not exist" when opening the Hallow app, don’t worry — it usually means your app session has expired or you’re using an older version of Hallow.
Check your current app version.
Go to your device’s App Store or Play Store and make sure you’re using the latest version of Hallow.
If you’re already on the updated version of Hallow:
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
Once reinstalled, log back into your account.
If you’re still seeing the message after reinstalling:
Please email us at support@hallow.app with your device type (e.g., iPhone 13, Samsung S21) to report the technical issue.
