Step 1: Log out and log back in.
If you recently logged in and you see that all of your activity is gone, then you likely accidentally created a new account by choosing a new sign-in option or using a different email than the one you registered with.
Please follow the steps below to log out and log back in. (If you typically sign in using your e-mail, please do that and not use Google or Apple or vice versa)
If you want to check your subscription status and email in the app, see this article for "How can I tell if I'm subscribed?" If you see an email or subscription status other than what you were expecting, then that can be another indication that you accidentally created a new account.
*For Apple Users*
If Step 1 doesn't work, please follow the steps found in Step 2.
Step 2: Go to the "Me" tab in the app, then click the gear icon in the top right, then scroll down. Click Subscription then "Restore Purchase"
