How to manage your subscription on our website.

If you signed up via our website, managing your subscription should be done there and not in the app.

The first step is to log into the website by clicking the button below.

Remember, if you signed up, it means you already have an account, so you should select the “Continue with Email or Phone number”, Continue with Google, or Continue with Apple, depending on which choice you originally used to create an account.

Next, go to the left, and under Subscriptions, you can see the options for switching between Free, Monthly, and Yearly plans:

If you already have a subscription, you will see this:

If you’d like to upgrade to the Friends & Family Plan, you can select the Friends & Family option and follow the prompts to upgrade. You and the other 5 members will have full access to the premium part of Hallow:
